why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

macam saya juga , 22 weeks baru laa nampak bump.. tapi tak perasan sangat.. sebab ni first baby hehe
