why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

Biasa je tu sis. Sy yang 34w ni bru nampk perut. Dan org skeliling bru prsan sy prgnt. Positif je. Asalkn nurse n doc chek baby sihat so k. 🌷👍😉
