why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

Same with me sis,im already in 13weeks 4day,but my bump still small,look like i not pregnant,but i always do scan check up,doctor say my baby fine..thank god..😍
