why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

Sy lg 3hri masuk 7bulan pun still sama je perut xde sapa perasan. Diorg ingt bru 2,3bulan...nurse pun ckp perut kecik..
