why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

sya dlu 21week poen bby bump sya msih kcil...skrnk daa 32week, bju saiz XL poen sya xmuat...pda hal, msa blum pregnant bju sya saiz S jaa...ahahhaha
