why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

saya 15 weeks pon sama..nampak kecik je, semua xsgka dah 15w tapi saya tgk macam besar je😅
