BLOOD CLOT AT 7WEEKS AND 3 DAYS

after the brown discharge this blod clot came out while I was taking a bath, i already messaged my OB but still no response from her, can anyone tell me, is this normal?

emergency na po yan. thats wat happened to my first pregnancy. wala pang 24 hrs lumabas n ng kusa ang baby ko (10weeks). complete miscarriage na pala ako. akala ko implantation bleeding lang yun pala namiscarriage na ko. 😢
