Sis kulang po yung 2 liters sabi ni OB ko. 12 glasses of water 12oz each po ang required if pregnant. Nagincrease ako to minimum 3L water intake everyday. Then fresh buko juice. Then eat more fibrous meals.

Minsan po kasi sa gamot na tinitake natin e. That can cause overdose tapos result constipation pero more water pa sis. Tapos mag sabaw ka. Baka sa foods modin kaya nahihirapan ka matunawan.
