Salad that is prepared outside, do avoid as not sure how clean is the vegetables or were they thoroughly cleaned
If worried then maybe eat during ur sec or third trimester? I had yami yoghurt twice tho :)
Chilled yogurt or yakult is good enough. Frozen ones will be too cooling for pregnancy.
It’s perfectly fine. Skip on the sweet toppings though.
No issues unless doctor advise otherwise
