11weeks, before this I consume only asid folic, then after checkup kat KK, doc give me this is zincofer, for tambah darah. but after i consume, early morning i keep on mual and muntah. Sgt tak selesa nyaa ?? and selera makan pun takde. Risau it gonna effect the baby ?
I tukar ambil iberet beli dekat pharmacy sekotak ade 30biji harga dalam Rm25. Tapi sebab ade kes low hb so i ambil twice a days. Pagi sebelum subuh sebiji then makesure gap 2 jam baru boleh breakfast. So ambil jam 530 then by 730 onwards or sampai office dah boleh breakfast laa. Then sebiji lagi ambil before tidur.
