Congrats pregnant twins 👍🏻 Normal cepat penat cepat lapar. 2nd trimester mungkin berkurang kot. Pasal heartburn tu kurangkn mkn pedas minum air msak bnyk2. Gaviscon boleh tanya doctor dulu.
