your doc will definitely put you on folic acid supplements. in addition, you definitely need more of calcium and protein. eat healthy and fresh and speak to your doc about any more supplements you may need

My mom said it's very good to give honey to the infant just after the birth. Is it really true?

Not at all....pls do not give honey to the baby till it completes 1 yr. The baby might be at risk of botulism. U can also Google abt it or ask ur paediatrician.
