I'm 7 month pregnant, and getting rashes (ringworms / tinea) kind of thing over my body and neck. I keep scratching all day. am worried if it will affect pregnancy. I know Ring gaurd cream for ring worms. is it safe to use during pregnancy?

It is fine to use ring guard cream for external rashes. It is a fungal infection and it lives on the dead skin so it doesn't harm the baby in anyway. One can apply topical creams to treat the infection, but then there are some creams that a pregnant women should not use, for which I think you must consult your doctor. The ointments that have clotrimazole can be used to treat the infection. But, I would suggest before picking up the ointment you must consult your doctor.
