Anyone got their child's cord-blood stored? Can you share which service you used and how was the experience? (i.e. paperwork, cost, etc)

My lo is 10 mths old. But yet to flip and crawl. However can sit well if place in sitting position. Tried many ways to catch her attention but she don't seem interested. She likes using her legs to grab items but not with her hands. Headache.
