You need to sterilise the equipment after cleaning (using boiling, chemicals, or steam) until your baby is at least 6 months old. After this age, cleaning and washing them well should be enough. You may want to keep sterilising until your baby is 12 months old, when she stops drinking formula.

According to NHS guidelines, you should sterilise the bottles, teats, and caps till the baby is 12 months of age. After that, ideally, you can transition to other things like sippy cups, or simply cups with straws.

i think i stop around 6months old... i just wash w bottle detergent and dry it for next use.

I play by the book and sterilized the milk bottles until they stop using them.
