stomachache

yesterday,i feel pain like period cramp and it continue till today. but the cramp is not that much,it just like mild but still i can feel the pain..this morning i think there is blood,but so so light.yellowish,i dont know either it is blood or just mucus.care to share some thought with me?or should i just go see dr?
