Yesterday i saw a mum yelling uncontrollably in public to her 3years old daughter. Her daughter crying and make awkward situation for people surround them. I want to stop the Mum from yelling but i feel like minding someone else business. What the best thing i should do if i trapped in similiar situation like this? I feel bad with the daughter :(

Being a mum myself, I try not to stare or interfere coz sometimes there could be hidden frustrations that the other mom is going through, could be financially, emotionally etc. However if it gets violent , which I have not encountered, I would definitely step in.
