What time do you start your day?

I work from home with a midshift sched, my duty starts at 4pm. But my day usually starts as early as 6am since my baby arrived. I want him to have a normal schedule just like anybody else hence I am making this mini-sacrifice of giving up a few hrs of sleep. Nap na lang pag pwede and usually during shift pag walang ganap 😅
