My wife and I plan to move shortly after our second child is born. We found a place with 2 bedrooms in Mandaluyong. Looking for advice from parents in the area... Is it impractical to put a toddler in the same room as a newborn? Or should we wait till both kids are older to room them together?

in my experience, its ok for them to sleep together. as in magkatabi. we just put the newborn in a "mat" to set boundaries. they tend to be synchronized naman when they sleep. sometimes ung paa pa nga ng maliit ang nasa mukha ng ate.
