You can try buying first crop, short grain or calrose rice. They tend to cook faster. As for myself I buy royal umbrella first crop rice. Can be bought from NTUC. You can also consider soaking your rice overnight. It will cook faster in the morning :)
Hi, You can soak rice overnight in warm water. Also, add a pinch of salt in it and it will make the rice softer by the night and it won't take too long for the rice to cook.
