8 weeks pregnancy but still negative.

Who experiencing this, can you share your thought? I know my body when it comes to period . This pregnancy symptom is not same with what I experienced during period. But when checking the UPT, it is negative. Cannot be when pregnant 8 weeks but still get negative result. I am so confused.
