Need Clinic Recommendations

Which clinic to recommend for full body check up and what are the pricing? Would u go for private or polyclinics? And at what age will u go for it?

I get a full Body check up every 2 years. Cost around $250-300. I chose to do it at private and started doing it since I was 30
