When you're feeling down and don't feel like your usual chatty self, how do you just get away from everyone- hubby and kids inclusive? Without hurting their feelings of course.

Everyone needs some me-time away to recharge. I will speak to hubby first. He can then take care of the rest while I go off. He understands me well and knows that I need time off by myself every once in a while. Not sure what works for you? For me, if I can't take a whole day off from everyone, just a couple of hours away (I usually go exercise) does the trick. :)
