I stopped only when my boy wean off totally from his milk bottle, which was around 4yo. The sterilizer was there and it's not taking up alot of my kitchen space. So I just continue to do it even though I know it wasn't really necessary. I find that after sterilizing, it helps to clean the teats much better as compared to just normal wash.

Hi, u can start stop when baby is btw 15 to 18 months. But if baby tummy or digestive system is more sensitive it is better for u to use till baby totally wean off using milk bottles.

I stop using the sterilizer when my boy turns 18 months as there’s less bottle in use. What I did now was to wash soak the bottle in boiling water before I prepare the milk.

We stopped sterilizing at 9-10 months old when LO was crawling around and starting to put everything in his mouth.

As long as you are washing them properly, should be fine to stop sterilizing between 12 to 18 months
