When you're feeling low, how do you get yourself back up? I'm feeling very unmotivated these days. I love my kids, my husband... but I'm just not in the mood to be a mum or wife these days.

I do at least one thing that I loved doing before I got married and had kids. It helps me recharge myself, my identity as my own person. Hope you're feeling better. It may not seem like it right now for you but things will brighten up soon :)

A good few hours of ME time will do the trick. you are just exhausted from everything. from being a wife and being a mother to your kids. Get a few hours off. do something. Hair treatment or something. It will help you to feel happier and think better

You need time for your self but try to discuss the matter to your husband as it's a must to always talk about family regarding matter, and let him be aware of how you feel. i suggest you to do exercises and meditation it will help you regain your energy.

You are not alone as I am like this too. In fact there are days I dont even feel like doing any housework so when my child goes to school, I will just go for a nap. If budget allows, I will go for massage (the longer the better).

I believe there's time where everyone will be feeling low. When I'm feeling low, I will spend me-time. Go for a coffee, read any books,or even go for exercise will make me feel better and energetic.

I talk to my mom and my husband.. he would give me sometime off or we would go on a date and leave the kid to my parents. Its best to have some time off or else you will loose your s*** and be always mad and angry on everything.

You need a quick break and take some me-time. get a mani-pedi, go see your friends, do the things you enjoy. don't feel guilty about it. you deserve the break for the hard work you do in raising a family.
