When you're feeling low, how do you get yourself back up? I'm feeling very unmotivated these days. I love my kids, my husband... but I'm just not in the mood to be a mum or wife these days.

You need time for your self but try to discuss the matter to your husband as it's a must to always talk about family regarding matter, and let him be aware of how you feel. i suggest you to do exercises and meditation it will help you regain your energy.
