When you're feeling low, how do you get yourself back up? I'm feeling very unmotivated these days. I love my kids, my husband... but I'm just not in the mood to be a mum or wife these days.

You need a quick break and take some me-time. get a mani-pedi, go see your friends, do the things you enjoy. don't feel guilty about it. you deserve the break for the hard work you do in raising a family.
