when cn I stop giving my baby fm? & what can I replace fm with?
I prefer it after 2 years old. because of the first 1000 days is important. then the formula milk has much nutrition. after 2 years old then for me, I will slowly change to cow milk
1 year. Start mixing cow’s milk and fm, then gradually wean off fm and give pure cow’s milk. Your LO needs to eat well to ensure all the proper nutrients are taken in the food
