When to stop giving formula?

May I know when to stop giving formula? My daughter is 15 months old now, don’t know if I should stop giving formula, give fresh milk instead?

You can start fresh milk from 12 months onwards:) It’s really up to you when you want to switch over.

PD told me to slowly wean off formulae at 12months

12 months plus is a good time to start
