What is your biggest frustration as a parent living in Manila?

Security, traffic and pollution are the 3 major worries I have raising my kids in Manila. It scares me as a parent that my kids will have to suffer the consequences of the lifestyle we have in Manila and it is most likely inevitable. These 3 factors will affect different areas in our lives - physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual.
