What would u do when u find your 3 months old baby cold? Give warm compression? I've already swaddled him but when I touches him, find feel him cold.

Yes I forgot to mention. Do take his temperature. Below 35.4C, having a weak cry and low energy level is most probably hypothermia.

Did you place your baby in aircon room? If yes try to let baby stay in non aircon area.

How cold is cold? Do bring him to a PD and seek medical attention.
