What would u do when u find your 3 months old baby cold? Give warm compression? I've already swaddled him but when I touches him, find feel him cold.

It could be hypothermia! Please add more blankets for your baby and offer warm fluids and seek medical help soonest. It can get dangerous. http://www.m.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/what-is-hypothermia
