just relax. have a cup of yummy cool ice cream and pop some chocolate if u love all this. leave all house work behind and enjoy lying down with baby on bed and relax with some soothing music
just relax and think positively as it's only bad today, tomorrow will be a better day. eat some 'happy' food, your fav food. hug ur hubby for some warmth and support!
Take a break with ur LO :) Go for a ice-cream date, cool down urself, bond with ur LO. Nothing will Goes much wrong when you are with ur LO.
Find someone close to talk about it & treat yourself to some good food! That's what I would do. :) Cheer up!
Listen to my favourite music and just sing along and having my favourite food therapy which is desserts
Have a gd chat and dinner with hubby. End the day early and hug LO to sleep.
Take a deep breath. Have faith that your day will get better.
