It really depends. U may need to find out what tiggers your eczema. Is it food? Environment? Then u need to eliminate it. My tigger is eggs. I also realised taking calcium pills work for me after reading some articles. U can try that too
Doctor prescribed ezerra body soap, cetaphil cream to put on affected areas. And take short, cold showers. Hot showers will cause more itching.

Normal soaps wont be effective against eczema. Try a prescription ointment from your doctor.
