What will happen if you got pregnant 1 to 2 years after a c section? Does the baby needs to be aborted?

Nope. You just need to find a good, competent OB na kaya kang paanakin at alagaan. My husband's mother had him after 1 year of giving birth via CS. All went well naman, basta need ng close monitoring ng OB lagi.
