Diabetes during pregnancy

What are the foods I can consume ? Now im in 33 Weeks 4 Days pregnant . Is it normal to have diabetes during 1st pregnancy ?

Yes. I had GDM during my first pregnancy. Avoid fruits in high sugar content like watermelon, mango, red dragonfruits etc. Avoid pastries and sweet drinks as well. Go for brown rice and wholemeal breads etc. Consume more protein stuff like meat and fish. Have healthy snacks like unsweetened nuts if hungry in between meals.

Eat food tt are low in carbs and sugar. Its nt normal to get gest diabetes. The chances of you getting it is because of overweight bfore pregnancy, family history, fast weight gained during pregnancy.

Its quite common... you have to work in your diet. Less salt, less sugar, avoid fried food, lesser rice, noodles.. more veg, soup n fruits ehich are not that sweet

It's not normal. Perhaps discuss with your doctor. You might have gestational diabetes.
