What is you best achievement as a parent?

Being able to work (from home) at the same time be a hands on mom to my kids. I prefer not to hire a yaya because I want to take care of my children myself, with the help of my husband of course. I believe this is one of the most or probably the most challenging but very fulfilling part as a parent. I'm getting the best of both worlds.
