We recently hired an Indo maid to take care of our daughter. We live in a very small condo which does not come with a maids quarters. We have the equivalent of a very small cupboard as the utility room. Where should the maid sleep?

If it's the equivalent of a small cupboard I don't think it's the right thing to do. That said, if your helper doesn't mind and want her own private space etc
