When to hire a maid

Hello mummies, I'm thinking of hiring a maid to help take care of my LO after I deliver. May I know how many mths in advance do I have to start sourcing? And when should the maid come in?

Now you got to start sourcing and hire before you give birth not all helper will suit you.

better hire at least a couple of months before delivery.. if no good can exchange
