10 Days Delayed

Hi just want to get some tips and advices. I'm 10 days delayed, normally po pinaka matagal ko po ng delayed is 6 to 8 days.. Lately lagi po akong nahihilo then nasusuka.. Kahapon habang nasa office I went to the restroom to pee I checked kung dinatnan na po ako pero what I saw is like just a drop of blood, pero hndi po sya mapula, ung kulay nya is parang hugas bigas, then ngayong hapon po I tried to pee again drop of blood ulit as in isang patak lang sya. My last menstruation was March 13, hndi pa ako mkapag pa check up because of holiday,. And by the way I have history of ectopic pregnancy last year.. Kaka one year lang po nung April 12, I don't have my left fallopian tube.. Hope that I can get some tips and advices.. If ever this will be my 3rd baby.. My eldest is turning 9 this year..
