Wala akong gana kumain, If I force myself to eat I end up vomitting. But I am trying to eat. Is it ok?

Kumain ng madalas in small portions para di ka mabigla or mapwersa. Drink fruit juices, eat veggies, more water at take your prenatal vitamins. Hindi importante ang DAMI ng kinakain, kundi ang SUSTANSIYA nito. Wag masyado magworry, i-monitor lang ang weight. Sasabihin naman sayo no OBGyne if kailangang-kailangan mo na talaga mag-gain.
