Wala akong gana kumain, If I force myself to eat I end up vomitting. But I am trying to eat. Is it ok?

Yes. Better if you're still trying to eat kasi the more na malipasan ka ng gutom mas lalo ka mahyperacidity. I suggest eating crackers/bread and fruits (esp banana) muna if di talaga kaya. Small but frequent meals really helps. Nung first trimester ko halos di talaga ko kumain ng rice since yun yung nakakatrigger ng pagsususka and hyperacidity ko. Binabawi ko nalang sa fruits, milk, brrad and proteins.
