Do tummy time is very neccessary for a baby?Coz i try to do tummy time with my baby, he seems so struggle and I cant watch he is struggling.Especially when his faces is facing down. My husband seem to see that i am torturing his son.
nampak mcm toture. but it is not. tummy time bnyk manfaat utk baby. awal2 memg struggle sikit. bgi dia meniarap sekejap je pun xpe. contoh mula2 dlm 20-30 saat. then lain kali up sikit. dia pun bleh belajar kawal pernafasan dia dgn cara tu.
