Do tummy time is very neccessary for a baby?Coz i try to do tummy time with my baby, he seems so struggle and I cant watch he is struggling.Especially when his faces is facing down. My husband seem to see that i am torturing his son.
Tummy time penting untuk die belajar kuat kan otot otot especially leher. Kalau baca dalam asian parent ni dia ada ckap tummy time tu kene buat tapi jgn buat lama lama. Slowly ajar, mungkin 30 saat dlu, then 1 minute.
