Has anyone felt the same like during pregnancy and after manganak an baba ng confidence o self esteem. especially after mggive birth. parang hindi mo na maalagaan self mo, hindi mo na msuot mga OOTD mo etc. Lately kasi I feel back on track ngbibihis na ko ulit kagaya dati and inaayos ko na self ko ulit pero bt parang natatakot ako na sabihan ako ng in laws ko na baka mgfocus na ko lalo sa self ko at less naman ky baby. of course kahit im back to my old self i still give my 100% sa anak ko. Nawawalan naman ako unti ng gana tuwng iniisip ko kn anu sasabihin ng in laws ko...

It’s good na bumalik na confidence mo but don’t ever be guilty for doing those simple self care activities. Kasi kung hindi ka okay, hindi rin magiging okay yung family mo. When you feel good, you are able to take care of your baby much better. Don’t be too anxious about what your in laws would say. At the end of the day, you know that you do your best to take care of your baby.
