Hi doc! mom of 2 po. when I gave birth sa una ko. parang wala nama. masyado pagbabago katawan ko bumalik naman sa dati except for my saggy mommy pouch. pero overall bumalik ako sa dati kong weight without much effort. pero nung pinagbuntis ko itong pangalawa. lumaki ako ng husto kahit parehas lang naman ang food intake ko. tas ngayon na toddler na sya, lumalaki oa rin ako ng tuluyan. naguon nagwoworkout ako di pa din bumabalik sa dati. may mali na ba sakin? may dapat ba ako ipacheckup? nahhirapan na ako magpapayat :(
