Hi Dr. Aika! My posture was really messed up from motherhood since I got pregnant, since I breastfed in different weird positions for longer periods, then nung toddler todo habol habang nakayuko and then clingy pa sya so kinakarga ko padin. Parang kahit akong stretching ko di na nababalik sa dati yung likod ko and pisture ko (take note ballerina dancer pa ako before huhu) so I know na my posture is really bad :( and napapansin na din siya ng iba :( How do I deal with this and fix this?

Hi you can still definitely fix your posture. Simple ergonomic exercises will improve posture. Madami free online in youtube. You just have to make it routine and remind yourself to sit and stand up straight. Wearing a back brace can also help 😊
