Hello Doc Aika! I just gave birth two months ago, and I am breastfeeding. Napansin ko lumawlaw ng todo yung boobs ko. Ang panget talaga tingnan. Is this normal ba? Does it go back to its shape before or ito na iyon? Tsaka my nipples are a lot darker! It used to be light brown-pinkish before. I hate looking at myself in the mirror naiiyak ako.

Hello po nag loloosen po kasi elasticity ng ating skin during pregnancy and as we age. You can eat food to increase collagen such as fish, citrus fruits, guava, garlic, kangkong, tomato, bell paper po. I know madami changes but what we can do is to embrace these changes and learn to love our body as we gracefully age 🥰
