Paggising po sa umaga inom kaagad ng 2 to 3 glasses of water. Drink milk din po bago matulog sa gabi

yakult everyday, so far never pa ko nahirapan mag poop. sana makatulong😊

tinanong ko po sa OB yan kahapon, more water intake at ripe papaya daw po.

more fiber. at try mo mag fibrosin mabili sa mercury yan. pure fiber.
