Is there a way to prevent my 10 month old daughter from licking (putting in her mouth) everything?

There is really no way we can stop them from doing so, what I make sure though is that my kiddos don't get anything they could easily put in their mouth, I know that for some making the house child proof is challenging though it does have its benefits.

Hi Joey. You really can't get away from that stage in your daughter's growth. The best remedy is to keep things you don't want her to lick/taste out of her reach. She'll soon outgrow that phase. :)
